To brew: combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold filtered water. Steep for 12–24 hours in the refrigerator. Strain through a fine mesh or coffee filter. Dilute 1:1 with water or milk before drinking. Store the concentrate refrigerated for up to two weeks.

The cold brew blend is not a fixed recipe. Right now it is Ethiopia natural, organic Mexico washed, and Costa Rica washed.
The Ethiopia natural brings the berry sweetness and body that make cold brew taste sweet without sugar. The organic Mexico from Chiapas is the mellow base, milk chocolate and toasted almond, low acidity, no sharp edges over ice. The Costa Rica is where the depth comes from. We roast it a little darker than we do for the single origin bag, which pushes it past the honey into darker chocolate and brown sugar. That darker Costa Rica has taken the place of the Colombia that used to fill this slot.
