Why water-soluble
Cannabinoids are fat-soluble. Your body is roughly 70% water. That's why a standard oil tincture under the tongue absorbs at only 6% to 19% in published pharmacokinetic studies, most of the dose is lost before it reaches your bloodstream.
Water-soluble nano-emulsion closes that gap. A 2024 review in Pharmaceutics details the formulation science. In the Hobbs et al. human study, a water-soluble formulation reached peak blood levels of 2.82 ng/mL versus 0.65 ng/mL for an oil version at the same dose. The Purzorb clinical study measured 86% average bioavailability across 150+ patients, with more than half the dose absorbed within 15 minutes. At 900mg in a high-absorption format, this bottle delivers meaningfully more usable CBG than a comparable oil tincture.
The honest caveat we put on every tincture page: most rigorous water-soluble PK studies are on CBD, not CBG. The chemistry transfers, but a peer-reviewed CBG-specific absorption study doesn't exist yet. We'll update this page when it does.
The taste (or lack of it)
No grassy hemp flavor. The cannabinoid is isolated and emulsified into a near-neutral base, so a few drops in any drink leave you tasting the drink, not the hemp. Water, coffee, juice, smoothie, it mixes in cleanly instead of floating like oil.
How to use it
Add your known dose to any drink and stir. Hot or cold both work. Because absorption runs higher than an oil tincture, the same number of milligrams goes further, factor that in if you're switching over from an oil product.

Is it stronger per drop than the 300mg?
It's more concentrated, so each drop carries more CBG. Start conservative if you're moving up from the 300mg bottle and adjust.
Is CBG psychoactive?
No. CBG is non-intoxicating and this tincture is 0% THC.
Can I cook or mix it into food?
Yes. Because it's water-soluble it blends into liquids and recipes without separating. Avoid prolonged high heat to preserve potency.
Will it show up on a drug test?
