Shipping policy

We roast to order and ship from Los Angeles, California.

 

Shipping rates

 

Orders of $40 or more ship free within the United States. Below $40, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size. Small packages ship for $4.54 and larger orders ship USPS Priority Mail for $7.50.

 

Processing and delivery

 

Orders are roasted and packed within 0 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Because we roast to order, we do not offer same-day dispatch. This is deliberate: it means your coffee leaves us within days of roasting rather than sitting in a warehouse.

 

Tracking

 

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact us and we will look into it.

 

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

 

If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email info@buddhabeanscoffee.com with your order number and we will send a replacement order.

 

International shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States only.
