Colombia CBG Coffee is a small-batch, single-origin Colombian coffee infused with 150mg of cannabigerol (CBG) and 150mg of cannabidiol (CBD) per 12oz bag. It's the entry-strength CBG coffee in our catalog, built for daily drinkers who want a measurable cannabinoid dose without changing their morning ritual. Broad-spectrum, 0% THC, third-party lab tested.

Who this is for
If you already drink CBD coffee and you're curious about CBG, start here. The 150mg + 150mg blend keeps the combined cannabinoid load moderate, so it's a gentle introduction to cannabigerol without jumping to our double-strength Black Label. Same cup you already know, with CBG added to the mix.
CBG is called the "mother cannabinoid" because most other cannabinoids in hemp are derived from it as the plant matures. By harvest, most of a plant's CBG has already converted into CBD and other compounds, which is why CBG-rich hemp is a recent development and why CBG coffee is still rare.
What the research says
CBG research is younger than CBD research, and we'd rather tell you that than oversell it. The strongest human evidence to date is a 2024 trial published in Scientific Reports: a single 20mg dose of hemp-derived CBG produced measurable reductions in anxiety and stress versus placebo, with improved verbal memory and no intoxication. A 2025 review in Frontiers in Pharmacology summarizes CBG's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity in preclinical models.
Most other CBG findings are still preclinical. Active human trials at Washington State University and the University of Arkansas will report over the next year. We'll update this page as that data lands.
What it tastes like
The base is a clean, balanced Colombian: medium body, notes of cocoa and toasted nut, a soft citrus finish. Broad-spectrum hemp adds a faint earthy backbone that sits underneath the coffee rather than competing with it. If you've had our CBD Colombian, this tastes nearly identical, the CBG is flavor-neutral at this dose.
How to brew it
Brew it like any quality coffee: drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso. Cannabinoids are stable at brewing temperatures, so you don't lose potency to heat. One 12oz bag yields about 18 cups, putting each cup around 8mg CBG and 8mg CBD. Drink it the way you'd drink your regular morning coffee.
Frequently asked questions
Is CBG coffee legal?
Yes. Our CBG is derived from hemp containing 0% THC, which is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Every batch is third-party lab tested and the Certificate of Analysis is public.
How much CBG is in each cup?
About 8mg CBG and 8mg CBD per cup, based on a standard 18-cup yield from the 12oz bag. Brew stronger or weaker to adjust.
Will CBG coffee make me high?
No. CBG is non-intoxicating, and this coffee contains 0% THC. You get the coffee's caffeine and the cannabinoids, with no psychoactive effect.
Will it show up on a drug test?
Our broad-spectrum extract is formulated to contain no detectable THC, but no hemp product can guarantee a drug-test result. If you're tested for THC, talk to your provider before using any hemp product.
What's the difference between this and the 300mg + 300mg Black Label?
Dose. This blend is 150mg CBG + 150mg CBD per bag (entry strength). Black Label doubles both to 300mg + 300mg for daily drinkers who want a stronger cannabinoid load in the same Colombian base.
Lab tested, fully transparent
Every batch is third-party lab tested for cannabinoid content and contaminants. The current Certificate of Analysis is linked here. Roasted in small batches by founder and head roaster Marc Narrie.
Our guarantee
Try it against any CBG coffee you've had. If it isn't better, send it back for a full refund. The whole reason we built this lineup is to put a measurably better cannabinoid product in your cup. If we didn't, we don't deserve the order.
