Grown in the high-altitude forests of Motozintla, Chiapas, this lot combines Marsellesa, Catuai, and Bourbon varietals for a profile that’s both classic and vibrant. Expect a silky body with tasting notes of toasted almond, brown sugar, and crisp red apple, with a clean finish and gentle acidity that makes it perfect for both everyday sipping and deeper exploration.

Ideal for a range of brewing methods; pour over, auto drip, full immersion or espresso. This coffee shines with versatility, balance and low acidity.
