A limited-edition espresso we roasted in collaboration with Munchies. We started with single-origin Colombian beans and pulled them into a rich, full espresso roast built for shots, moka pot, and anyone who likes their coffee with real weight to it.
Tasting notes
Milk chocolate, nougat, black cherry, and honey. The roast leans sweet and full-bodied, with a syrupy crema and a clean finish that holds up under milk.
Why Colombian for espresso
Colombia's high-altitude beans bring natural sweetness and a balanced body that espresso loves. Roasted a touch darker, they turn into the chocolate-and-nougat backbone you taste here, without tipping into ashy or burnt territory.
About this batch
This is a one-time limited run. Once it sells through, it is gone. If you have been after a Colombian espresso with depth and a little sweetness, this is the bag to grab.
How to brew it
Dial it in as a shot for the fullest expression of the chocolate and nougat. It also pulls a great moka pot and stands up well in a flat white or cortado. Choose whole bean or ground at checkout.
